2. Course Enrollment

• Admission to any course is confirmed only after receiving the required fee and completing the registration process.
• Students must provide accurate personal and contact information during registration.
• SkillUp School reserves the right to cancel or reschedule batches if required due to unforeseen circumstances.

3. Fees and Payments

• All course fees must be paid as per the schedule mentioned at the time of admission.
• Enrollment in any course is confirmed only after successful payment.
• Fees once paid are eligible for refund within 7 days from the date of payment, as per our Refund Policy.
• In case of EMI or installment payments, the student is responsible for completing all payments on time.
• We may use third-party payment gateways for processing fees. These providers follow their own security and privacy terms.
• Any charges incurred during the payment process (such as payment gateway or transaction fees) will be deducted from the refund amount if a refund is requested within the eligible period.

4. Refund Policy

• SkillUp School provides a 7-day refund policy from the date of enrollment.
• If a student requests a refund within this period, the refund will be processed without any questions asked.
• However, processing costs and payment gateway fees incurred during the transaction will be deducted from the refund amount.
• Refunds requested after 7 days of payment are not eligible under any circumstances.
• In case of course cancellation from our end, a full refund will be processed to the student.
• All approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days through the original payment method.

5. Course Access and Certification

• Access to live sessions, study material, or recorded content is granted only to enrolled students.
• Sharing login credentials or course content with others is strictly prohibited.
• Certificates will be issued only upon successful completion of the course requirements and attendance criteria.

6. Code of Conduct

At SkillUp School, we maintain a positive and respectful learning environment.
Students must:

• Attend sessions regularly and complete assignments on time.
• Refrain from disruptive or disrespectful behavior toward instructors, staff, or fellow students.
• Not misuse or copy institute resources, materials, or intellectual property.

Violation of these rules may result in termination of enrollment without a refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All training materials, website content, videos, and graphics are the intellectual property of SkillUp School.
Reproduction, redistribution, or resale of our materials without written consent is strictly prohibited.

8. Placement Assistance

SkillUp School provides 100% placement assistance, not a guaranteed job.
We connect students with employers, arrange interviews, and offer guidance — final hiring decisions rest with the respective companies.

9. Limitation of Liability

SkillUp School is not responsible for any:

• Loss of data or technical errors beyond our control.
• Job placement outcomes or personal expectations.
• Third-party website content or payment gateway issues.

Our total liability will not exceed the total amount paid for the specific course.

10. Third-Party Links and Tools

Our website may include links to third-party platforms (e.g., Meta, Google, YouTube).
We are not responsible for their content, terms, or policies. Students should review those independently.

11. Termination

SkillUp School reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to any student found violating our policies, without refund or prior notice.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Kota, Rajasthan.
